We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise from time to time and we strive to be flexible and accommodating.

So, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without the prior notice, the full fee for your appointment will be charged to your account. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
