Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates focuses on restoring movement and building strength throughout your spine and core. Run by our specially trained Chartered Physiotherapists, classes cater for all levels from Beginner to Intermediate, through to Advance.

Classes are designed to build strength, increase flexibility, assist in developing core control, improving fitness and agility.

Classes are limited to 3 per class to ensure individual attention, best technique and optimal progress.

Clinical Strength & Conditioning

Clinical Strength & Conditioning focuses on helping you get fitter, faster & stronger.  Led by our Chartered Physiotherapists, the focus is on restoring full body movement  elevating your performance.

Classes range from  Beginner to Intermediate, through to Advanced
