Your Nail Care Solutions

Toenails can become damaged through sporting activities, or by cutting them badly or even picking them. Our experienced Chiropodists and Podiatrists are experts in caring for your feet.

Damaged Nails (Onychogryphosis)

Damaged nails can be treated by thinning down the nail painlessly. This may not cure the problem entirely but it makes the nail look much better for long periods.

Ingrown Toenails & Nail Surgery

Ingrown toenails usually start small, with a little discomfort, but they can quickly become very painful and easily infected without prompt treatment.

Early treatment of mild to moderate ingrown nails with our Podiatrists is usually quite simple and gives great pain relief. These are usually done on the day of your visit.

If you have an infected ingrown nail, you will first need antibiotics from your GP to get rid of the infection.

If your ingrown nail is severe, we may need to do surgery. We specialise in ingrown nail surgery and we will arrange this for you for a separate surgical visit.

Your Podiatrist will discuss your options for the most suitable procedure for you.

Fungal Nail Infections

Fungal nail infections are caused by the fungus Tinea Uguium. They can appear thick and yellow, brown or black and can and can quickly spread throughout all the nails of the feet, making treatment harder.

Early diagnosis is key so that treatment can start early. We usually easily diagnose the problem and guide you through your treatment options
